happy the weekend is over. now it’s back to the grind.
skipped my workout today for an extra day of rest, my body is still a little sore. will try to workout 5 days a week, but will take a day off when I need it. I usually don’t like to skip Mondays though because it’s important I don’t fall into an extended weekend. just one week of not working out is enough to fall back into bad habits.
very nice weather today 77 degrees. can’t complain. will soon go outside and do some yard work. I like to wait til it warms up and the dew on the grass is all dry before I go out. I know a lot of people prefer mornings when it’s cooler, but im not one of them.
Yep, Monday is here and the weekend is over. I need to get back into a routine of exercising. I think the trick is doing something i actually enjoy though. I have a lack of motivation and doing something boring doesn’t help.
I am meeting a friend for lunch at noon and then I have an appointment with my pdoc at 3:00. I actually enjoy my appointments. My pdoc and therapist are both very good at what they do.
that’s great that you found a good pdoc and therapist. I like my pdoc too, I liked my therapist as well but I stopped going. I simply had nothing to talk about after a few months. also it was a hassle driving into the city to see him.
