I am aiming to workout an hour a day.Have already planned my routine.Recently,I went back to play football but my stamina is too bad(grow fat and lack exercise)so I will get back to work out

          Do u work out at jim or home alone …
that’s good, I use to workout 5 days a week…but I hope your working out different muscles every day? like switching it up. its not good to workout same muscles back to back…
