I have a protruding disc that “slips” a little someitmes and causes buckling pan in my back. I didn’t fall down but I wanted to. I swear , most of the time my back is fine but that disc reminds me that one day I might not be able to walk…anyways…the pain is dull now and still in my lower back but soon it will go away…I hope.
