Back on the health wagon

I have gained 38 lbs since last summer and my physical condition went into the toilet. We had a horribly stressful winter and spring as a family, and, without too many details, I had to deal with very severe depression, along with two other family members suffering the same. My exercise and eating plans totally went out the window. :frowning:

So… I am back logging at www.myfitnesspal.com – finished yesterday under my calorie goal with an hour of exercise logged. Trying for the same today. My goal is not to lose ___ amount of weight or anything big, I just want to get to the end of today inside of my calorie limit with my excercise goal nailed. I’ll worry about tomorrow when it gets here.

Would be grateful to have some exercise buddies at My Fitness Pal to help with mutual motivation. If you are interested, PM me for my account. I am hesitant to post any hard links back to my real identity on the public boards.
