Was feeling a bit down, I wish I’d stayed relatively normal but I just don’t think that’s happening. I’m becoming irrationally sad again.
So I guess this is for the best.

I feel you. Depression is the worst. I’m sorry that you were feeling sad.
My depression is worse than my positives. It’s really bad but since I found effexor I’ve been ok. It’s pretty common with sz and most need some medicine for the depression as well.
