Back in a ward for a while

Currently tripping, around 50+ hours of no sleep. Anxiety and panic attacks are all time high since the longer I go without sleep the more alert and anxious I get. Totally opposite of being tired.

Hours are piling up, but got double phenegran dose 50mg. I hope I’ll start sleeping soon.

Stay safe.

That’s a lot of missed sleep… Talk to your pdoc about not sleeping?? Or get OTC melatonin?? It’s worth a try

Thank you for recommendations. Doctors and care workers are aware of my trips to no sleep land. I’m going to try to incorporate some good sleeping hygiene now that I’m here.

Do you usually have this much trouble sleeping? Or is this something new?

I remember going days without any sleep and then finally getting a room in the ward and taking a bunch of olanzapine. Slept for like 2 days straight haha.

I was on this for a long time and it helped a lot.

Used to switch between 25-50mg depending on the amount of sleep

Hopefully it will help!

Hi mate, it’s an ongoing issue where I would loose my sleep like this once a week and I would start tripping. I’m currently reading good book called “The shapeless unease - a year of not sleeping” a girl is telling her story how she fought her insomnia. Brilliant read!

I’ve been struggling with insomnia. Finally slept yesterday though …all day and all night
