you could reward yourself a klondike bar when you finish your school work, or a burger or coffee or you could go out and do it in the actual coffee shop or burger joint and have something while you study :slight_smile:

What always helped me is a ton of black coffee, or jusr pre work out. When all else fails I just get up and do it the best way I can, even if it is just for a minute.

@daydreamer and @anon97970229. I finally motivated myself. I took a shower and now I am getting my school work done. Maybe later I will take a walk.
