This makes some sense to me. I was quite suicidal when younger. I also self harmed. Now I guess I have some signs of mild depression ie hopelessness and worthlessness.

This also makes sense to me. I’m on the autism spectrum and have struggled with suicidal ideation since I was 12 or 13 (same time as my depression and self harm started) I’ve also survived over 22 suicide attempts. I still have chronic suicidal thoughts now, but I have more experience to deal with them in a healthy non life-threatening way. Depression however is something I’m still having a hard time with unfortunately. And the psychosis on top of that is just the icing on the cake.
