Thanks. Ive packed a bag, and waiting for the hospital car to pick me up. About time a had a break. Most people go on holiday - me, i go to a Psych unit for some rest! lol. Its purely respite - im not in crisis at all. Spoke to the nurse - and she could tell i reached my limit of coping i think.
The change of scenery and getting out of my flat, will do me good.
I will still be on here. But i intend to sleep for a lot of it and feed myself up as i been losing wieght again.
