It’s the worst right now. Had a lot more than I thought. My back is killing me. We still haven’t got to the new place, but at least the big stuff is already in the truck.

Thanks. Taking a break right now. Got overwhelmed and the voices are here. Calming myself down so they will go away.
Yes sounds like you need a break, take it in manageable steps, little tasks. For the minute rest and distract or whatever works for you, you can do it
