I never heard of anyone dying from aspartame.

I do know that there are many arguments that says too much of it is bad for your health but other studies say it doesn’t pose any health problems.

It’s been around for awhile, there doesn’t seem to be a epidemic of people dropping dead from aspartame.

ooh, I did not know it was linked to dementia as well, that is pretty disturbing news to me but good to know.

not sure if tic tacs have aspartame actuallyyyy

As a thumb rule things that are artificial aren’t good for the body.

What’s special about aspartame is that some people consume a lot of it. I haven’t read up on studies, but I heard bad rumors.

I mostly only drink sparkling water and occassionally have a piece of gum. At that rate I don’t worry, but I am trying to avoid aspartame.

I don’t eat/drink anything with aspartame, I have heard bad things about it through the grapevine.

I use a lot of Splenda in tea and coffee though.

You can get aspartame-free gums from healthops. They are probably a little more expensive, but might be worth it.
