Happy Birthday for when it arrives! I’m not sure what I would advise, trust your gut I guess. As you learn about yourself, trust your instincts about what you like or don’t like about new things you encounter.

I’m going through a period that feels both sad and somewhat relieving. My ex told me he no longer has feelings of love for me. The upside is that there’s no longer any point in analyzing his behavior. In a way, the peace of mind will be a kind of birthday gift.

Well, when I was 25, I was in Columbia University-- and that is about the time I started getting hallucinations. At first I was convinced it was the professor spying on me, then the university, and then the CIA.
You are doing great, as you are recovered already at 25. I would suffer for a decade, and now I feel kind of old.
At 25 you are having the time of your life if well. It is perhaps the peak age for any person-- and years later, you would give everything to be 25 again. So, you should really make the most out of life if you are 25. I wish I could be 25 again.

I want to add another thing. Whatever it is you do, anything small or big. Always put in hard work (even if it’s quietly and in a way others don’t see or recognise it / it’s hidden) because the truth is.. nothing feels better than something you work for imo
