today I turned 29, I feel old. my mom said I have no right to say that. today I had therapy, it went well my therapist says I need to go out more. we discussed a lot today I don’t remember half of the conversations.

I am scared to turn 29 .i am 28.i feel that all my youth is taken away from me because of sz.i feel old because I didn’t achieved something maybe like my friends.but we don’t need to be old or think.life is too easy and simple.HAPPY BIRTHDAY enjoy life and don’t be shocked😁Joking

I think I remember some of the conversation. we talked about my in laws, and my partner. my therapist wants me to have someone besides my partner that I can trust to be myself with. then she told me she wants me to kill the voices with kindness. I don’t think that will work.

You should maybe take pen and paper to your sessions if you forget things, otherwise you’re kind of wasting your time.

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 29 is a good age, it makes me think of happy stuff like a beginning and nice food (I always think of food :stuck_out_tongue:) and a painting. I hope I can make it to see my 29th, if I do then I’ll invite everyone on here for a birthday party :slight_smile:
