Yes I was 66 kg in December which is when they put me on it now I’m 80kg…
I don’t think everyone gains weight on it but i certainly am not one of those…
Im on it. Last time i was on it i was on 400 mg via injection (approx 15mg orally per day). After being on it for 6 months i had the negative symptoms under control and started a business and started taking business classes at an online college. Life was good. I ofc thought i didnt need meds so i stopped but am back on it now. Been taking 15 mg a day for 2/3 weeks and am starting to get my motovation back.
Are you based in UK? My Psychaiatrist told me there’s no dose under 10 mg. any weight gain from it?

Yes I said I gained 24 kg in the span of three months

I’m greatful that they allow me to stay on this dose and not go up further… But then again I may need to later…I don’t know.
I can even go on 2.5mg if I want… That’s by cutting a 5mg in half with a medicine cutter from pharmacy
But that is way to low for me.
Under 10mg doesn’t work for schizophrenia according to clinical trials.
How many times have you been in hospital?
Twice in my life. I got this condition in 2016
How old are you? We’re they drug induced? Are you hoping to come off meds?

I’m thirty.
I took mdna one night in 2015 and then a few months later I started to get delusions and a few more months later I got more psychotic I was also under intense stress. I was not told that I cannot see what it’s like to come off meds.
How about you how old are you and how long have you been on ap and why do you think did your condition start?
BTW… Two uncles may or may not have some kind of mental condition too but I’m not sure

I took a lot of drugs different ones including acid when I was younger. Then I smoked cannabis before each of my psychosis. I’ve had 4. I’m 34. I want to come off meds. Do you have symptoms now?

I took so after each of my psychosis but have been on anti psychotics since being 30

Not pip. They discontinued it. But I’m on esa. What about you.
Have u done any drugs since u went on antipsychotics.

Four years and then safely weaning off over time under a pdoc sounds sensible… If it is drug induced psychosis

Yeah I have. I did mdma a couple of years ago and cannabis before my last breakdown which was two years ago. But haven’t taken anything since then. Do you have any symptoms now? Do you find ESA hard to live on?

I also completely stopped taking medication last time.
I find it’s OK cos I live with family but when I move out I ideally wanna have pip if I’m still unwell. Are u from UK?

I think I had to not take anything as made me so unwell. pIP makes big difference. Do you have any negative symptoms?
