Millions of years ago when I very first started aripiprazole, I briefly had that akathisia. It went away though rather quickly.
I had sedation on 30 mg though, yes. I had to take it at bedtime because of this.

My akathisia has also diminished, thankfully.
That’s really great to hear. Akathisia sucks big time. It’s really distracting, draining and disturbing.
For me i got severe akathisia and no sedation whatsoever
Hi , i have been on the medication for a year , take it as a depo , i get tired on the day of the depo, i was experiencing anxiety from being on the drug however i felt that reducing my caffine intake to one caffinated cup a day and doing aerobic exercise often helps alot , the exercise such as jogging /cycling really helps clear the brain fog i find i get with the medication.I work full time aswell , but being on the medication has kept me stable and not return to psychosis and away from the psych ward. Which is a big plus. Its about managing your illness, try and lead a healthy live especially with this condition. Your worth it.
Glad to hear you are doing well with it. So far, everything now seems to be doing fairly well for me. I hope the good continues.
