Driving late in the year is a nightmare. Amazon means I don’t deal with lines of people. If I had the courage to go in person I’d get a dvd usb player for my dad and a phone for my mom.

I need to get my dad a firestick for Christmas, no black friday specials on the engagement ring I am buying so thats out of the picture this week. Maby we do some food shopping Friday morning. Im working the night of black friday when its early morning black friday in the US so will be busy

I asked if there would be any deal on the newest iphone on Black Friday but was told no, that only old models go on sale. Same for the TV I was shopping for, but I got lucky and ran into a one day sale for that and saved 300 bucks. No Black Friday for me this year.

hoping to get a good deal on a coffee table set. also I may get a dark blue area rug for my living room. I think it would look better than my gray one, but mom says it will show dust. also I need some guitar stuff but don’t know if i’ll have enough money for that. going to be shopping at wayfair and amazon.

another thing I got my eye on is a couple short bar stools, that I can sit in and play guitar. maybe later on that purchase. there is this store in northern Kentucky that sells loads of em, different styles. i’ll probably get brown ones. I don’t think black would match my other furniture.

I just bought an annual subscription to memrise which was half price in a black friday deal for £22 or so which works out at £1.87 per month.

I’ve got a little bored with duolingo and I’ve nearly finished it, but it is not teaching me much these days.

The advanced Spanish packages and learning style seems pretty good on memrise, plus it has loads of other languages

@SkinnyMe @Loke I know you are learning a language and the black friday deal for memrise is on for a few more days and it is so much better than duolingo for learning.

@labratmat. Thanks so much!!! Also check out the phone app Drops. @SkinnyMe. Is Memrise that much better than the free version, labrat? Also, I’ve been watching Peppa Pig (a cartoon) in Arabic then going back and watching the English version. What language did you say you are learning?
