I’ve had an excellent day. I signed in to a religious chatroom, and got it worked out what I’m supposed to be doing. They didn’t deliver my chair that was scheduled for delivery today. My dentist called to schedule a cleaning and checkup. She was working on July appointments, but had a cancellation next Thursday, so I took it. They just started doing nonemergency dental work again in Arkansas.

I’m really tired today. Think it’s cos I’m not used to eating sensible. I’m so used to eating crap loads of junk and fizzy drinks.
Without carbs you’ll get tired. If you’re doing a keto thing you’ll have keto flu for the first few days. It’s really crappy.
My day is OK so far. Trying to intermittent fast by living on tea and water with the occasional apple slice until 4 PM.
Symptoms are a chunk lower than yesterday. Everyday I feel a bit better thanks to my regimen.
It’s not keto it’s pretty balanced diet it’s just that I’m so used to caffeine and sugar to keep my mood up so now I need to Readjust myself to new habits

My back is killing me this evening. Had my depot today. Was in and out in 5 mins. Also had a blood test to see where my prolactin is. Hoping it’s back to normal now because I don’t want it to interfere with getting pregnant.
i had a rubbish morning and although the weathers ok its not been that good, pizza is cheering me up a bit now

My whole day and whole weekend went great. Except I have a migraine right now. That’s the only drawback. But, I get them most every day.
