Are you guys good with fixing sh** around the house?

I’m pretty good.

I get stumped with the furnace/ac but I can do pretty much anything else. I’d need a helper for large things like a hot water heater.

i dont know HVAC stuff but yea i do renovations so basic stuff like carpentry or drywall repair, installing windows etc. id be pretty good with.

Nah, that’s what maintenance is for. I’m not handy. I’m not inclined to learn either.

dad does just about anything but hires the electrical done, although he can do some electrical. also my uncle is an electrician and sometimes he will come do electrical jobs for us. dad is installing a toilet as we speak, some kind of toilet that pumps the ■■■■ up to the sewer line instead of going down. it is in the basement/garage, and below the sewer line, this will make 4 bathrooms for 2 people haha.

I can do the easy things. I am getting better slowly. Installing two doors in the basement right now. I hire out HVAC stuff. My dad put in my furnace I was impressed. I might try to put in my own water softener.

I’m good with drywall. Dad and I have done jobs for people over the years. Plumbing is meh. Electrical is a big no.

Dad and I operate a snow plowing business during the winter. That sounds like ■■■■ around the house too. :joy:

I used to work in the electrical field so I could probably handle most home repairs in that area if the need were to arise.

Nah. I cant even fix a washer in a tap. If the council wont do it, ill bribe my brother todo DIY in the flat.

My best friend (a female), is good at electronics, cable works, plumbing, computers, furniture assembly, landscaping, and even a bit of mechanics.
