If you celebrate Halloween, will you give out candy to trick or treaters this year?
Oh hell yeah!!!
Will you dress up too?
Probably not, I did last year but I’ll be lucky to be able to stand without crutches or wheelchair… We have a wheelchair handy at all times
Yes, I am giving out candy.
No, we never get trick-or-treaters because we’re a low income building. Kinda sad.
I thought about maybe dressing up as a Korova Milkbar thug though, with some revisions on the costume.
you should totally set up a stand outside your building to hand out candy
Since your home doesnt have a direct door to the outside I assume.
Make a sign that says something like “trick or treaters come here”. Giving out candy is fun.
Haha!
Ya know Bowens, that’s actually a pretty brilliant idea.
@Bowens @Montezuma or set up a chair outside you can sit in holding a bowl of candy and a flashing head band? Or maybe I’m getting to creative??
That’s also a good idea.
I’d probably have to get permission from management though. I’m not sure if they would be cool with it.
@Montezuma wouldn’t you need to ask about the sign too?
Most likely. I would probably just sit outside the front door of the building though with the candy.
I never hand out candy.
I get too freaked out by the constant pounding on the door and I’m too scared to sit outside or leave the door open. I don’t live in a very good neighborhood.
Even when I anticipate the noise, it makes me jump. I’m just too agoraphobic.
I like Halloween, because I like sweets. I don’t give out candy because of my social phobia
Yeah, we dropped a chunk of change on about 8 boxes of chocolate bars and a few flats of cans of pop. Each kid gets a can of pop and a few mini bars.
I’m a Halloween Scrooge
No candy for the kiddos
That made me laugh @Wave
No one comes trick or treating at my apartment so I will be giving out no candy. Probably will wear some cat ears on Tuesday for work though
To be honest I’m just too paranoid on Halloween to give out candy
No, my grandma and I are not giving out candy.
