I’m just curious. My dad was in the Coast Guard for 10 years but he got out before retiring because he hated all the politics.

I’m close to all the members in my family. I love them all dearly and talk to them regularly. My mom and my sister can’t seem to get along. I could do without that drama.

No I’m not close to anyone in “my family “ but I don’t believe they are my real family.
They think they are so superior to me and talk down at me disrespectful etc as does majority of neighbourhood.
I say g’day n people don’t say it back also often I’m walking on foot path and people walk all over me despite there being room for both of us they walk “at “ me aggressively.so disrespectful n rude.
Been abused by some “family “.wont talk about it here n now.

I’m close to my mom, stepdad, one of my siblings, and 2 of my 3 kids and my husband. The 3rd kid is a teen in high school asserting her independence and it’s put some distance between us. But I will say I’ve noticed some big changes recently and we’re getting closer again. She’s really maturing. She’s a senior in high school and 18 years old. I’m proud of the young woman she’s become.

My brother. I feel alienated from my sister. As adults we have taken very different paths . She has a good middle class job. I just have left of centre middle class political views. My brother says she and I are not alienated, that she’d be there for both of us if there was a crisis. I exchange at least 10 emails a week with my brother. Hardly any with my sister.

Father is a sad tosspot. Get on well with sister and triplet brothers. Mothers snuffed it too.
Father, who i was named from, so thats why i changed my name to Seth - is currently on the ponce for the money from the house. Never mind he tried to sell it from under us for his new bird, when we were toddlers.
My “Father” is lucky he lives a couple of hundred miles away - cos all three of us would happily batter him.
