I just wondered if you all are sceptical about what you read here? And whether you think its part of your sz?

I’m skeptical about most things and it’s probably a defect in my personality as I’ve had it strongly since at least age ten.

I try to give people here the benefit of the doubt and trust somewhat what people are saying but i admit that i do check things like time things were posted or look on the avatar to confirm what my instincts tell me
Most of the time here i do trust people are being straight

Anhedonia - I’m always here cause I can be myself.

I know when I get paranoid / triggered and will ask for suspension.

Yeah its late im probably asking something really obvious but hey ho just felt curious to know how other people cope on here

I’m not skeptical on here. My medication seems to have taken care of my paranoia.

I got this feeling that when it is on internet and the people are hiding behind their usernames they tend to speak their mind. So I usually am not sceptical of what people have said on this forum unless they put their threads on unusual beliefs sector.
