You guys I’m so excited and nervous. A manager position just opened up at my work. I’m going to apply. I just finished my cover letter and resume to get the position. Currently I’m a supervisor and I got promoted to this position 8 months ago. You must have 6 months of tenure in a supervisory role before you’re eligible for a management position. I’m so nervous. I know there are more qualified individuals out in our team who have been supervisors longer than me. So I’m up against a tough crowd. But if I don’t apply then I’ll never get considered for the position. So here goes nothing.
