They picked me to interview for a promotion opportunity at my work! They picked 20 people to interview for 8 open positions so I almost have a 50/50 chance of getting it. So nervous for this interview on Monday. It’s at 8am, I’m so anxious and I should note that the last job I applied and interviewed for turned me down

I do voice customer service from home. The position I’m interviewing for is the escalations department.

Well the interview is over with. I’ll be super surprised if I get the position, I completely bombed the interview portion where we role played a call which is like the important part.
