I’m so excited! I’m moving up with my company into a level 2 role of supervisor in the escalations department. It will now be my job to handle escalated calls and situations. And I’m getting a huge raise to $21.50/hr. I’m so stoked, and financially this is a really good thing for me.
I’m so surprised I got the position I thought for sure I wasn’t going to get it. Who knows maybe not that many people applied
