Would a low cost iPhone tempt you away from Android?
I use apple and love it. Music is great for me but price point is incredibly high for my station as a a person on disability. I’d welcome this but honestly I have little faith with corporate concerns these days!
I like my iPhone because the accessibility features are much better than android. When my busted shoulder is acting up I can use all my apps fully through dictation. When I have headphones on, it wil alert me if the doorbell rings or a child is crying. All voicemails come with a transcript. The voice assistant is way more functional.
I have owned HTC smart phones before, and they were ok out the box, but the quality of the phones was shocking.
Always busted screens etc very quickly.
Never done that with an Apple phone
The build quality and usability as far as I am concerned is superior
That said, I have never gone high end with an Android device, but I don’t feel the need too.
To preface: Have been an Android user since the first HTC Google phone came out back in 2007.
With that being said, just recently got a new MacBook Air to replace my 11-year old MacBook Pro.
Wow. This new laptop smashes it.
But I realized that using the same platform across devices would be more seamless an experience, so after like, 15 years as a loyal Android user, I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 13 Pro Max this past December.
…Been absolutely loving it so far.
I have an IPhone SE. it’s just like the iPhone 7 I used to have and isn’t nearly as expensive as an 11 or 12 or whatever they have now. It’s only 4 g and no 5 g but it’s only like $450 and you get a $100 credit when you turn in your old phone. I can’t see paying $1200 for a phone but to each their own.
My wife has a fancy android. I think it’s a Samsung S20. It was like $1100 so I had to finance that thing from T-MOBILE. I paid cash for my SE at the Apple store. So android phones aren’t really cheap either.
I used HTCs before I bought an iPhone 7. Had the sensation. Then the one. Then the ten came out. They both stopped taking a charge. Loved those two phones but T-Mobile dropped the ten and I was never able to get one. That’s when I switched to an iPhone.
I just purchased a new iPhone 13 Mini
I don’t think I’ll consider buying the upcoming iPhone
I got one too. Great phone.
My old one I bought from eBay and only lost a bit of money on it
Mines silver, as I liked the old white format Apple used to have, and this is pretty close to that.
Never go back from a Pro max. I don’t like tablets, but the bigger phone with a battery like this thing has is perfect for when you’re not at home
I bought an iPhone 12 one month ago. A red one. Very happy with it.
