For years I had the schizotypal diagnosis @SkinnyMe but a month ago this diagnosis was changed to schizophrenia because of the severity of my thought disorder.
I don’t care. Schizotypal is wrongly seen as a mild case of schizophrenia, but I think it is just as bad in another way.
Right now I’m feeling better than I have done in a long time. I quitted alcohol, by the way and enjoy my sobriety.

I really hope I succeed this time. I was not a heavy alcoholic, never wasted but neither completely sober - a typical example of selfmedication
