For the first time since years i didnt have my tiredness of the evening today lol… there are no changes in my routine so i guess its the zyprexa. I am on bigger dosage since 2 weeks already. Does it mean that it was my psychosis who was draining my energy? My delusions, my thought disorder who were draining it? It will be great if it continues like this. I started to hate my tiredness with the feeling of my brain in my head and the heaviness inside me 
. Maybe you were right that 7,5 mg of zyprexa wont do much once you have psychosis. I am on 10 mg now but its still strange to me that so few makes the difference…

It could be that you have more energy because you have fewer symptoms. Having psychotic symptoms and mood symptoms can definitely drain your energy.
I don’t know about your personal situation, but my “delusions” sap most of my motivation and are extremely distressing, so I can definitely see how if they went away it would make a big difference.
One of my pdoc was saying that its probably my obssessive thoughts who were draining my energy. Plus, mostly bad and paranoid thoughts in my case. I was basically living in my head since years. Look for the right med twinklestars and dont give up
