Everybody lies, even psychiatrist, but most lies are misunderstandings or white lies. Just to be polite.
I have had numerous psychiatrists, some good, some very bad.
The bad ones made many errors in my notes. The good on made errors too, but not errors that really meant something and if i occasionally they were important, i asked them to change the notes, and they did.
Seems pretty malicious thing to do, mine I think was to prove his point I am schizophrenic, a danger and in need of cto. As with only a couple of symptoms and no voices etc he wouldnât have got his point across.
I never had voices,my psychiatrist is just doing his job and he still treats me well,but I am rebellious
When I was discharged from my eighth hospitalisation the psych team gave me a paper that said they thought my diagnosis was anxiety disorder unspecified. Well then why was I taking two APâS then??? And what about my voices and depression? My private pdoc I saw when I got out said theyâre talking nonsense - I have sza. I donât know what possessed them to say it was a mere anxiety disorder but maybe it was a âworking diagnosisâ and I had recovered quite a bit already.
