Anyone use coconut oil?

It’s supposed to help diabetes and arthritis. I was mainly trying it to increase my HDL which is clinically low.

I use a lot of coconut oil.

I sub it in where I can, cooking/baking, and use it on my skin.

Did it help your HDL? I like it better than olive oil.

I don’t really know.

Maybe.

Thanks everhopeful.

Your doctor should advise you on the best way.

I also like coconut oil. For food. For hair. And for skin.

It’s really pretty ok. Saves on buying 3 expensive products too.

Yeah I used to when I lived by myself. My ex girlfriend (kinda) one day told me we’re gonna use coconut oil from now on, and never looked back. Only for like sautéing stuff though in means for cooking. Deep frying with it is expensive and comes out too sweet.

I love extra virgin olive oil though
