Been reading how bad it is for you. But i been using the coconut cooking oil on my face everyday for so many years.

cant putting oil on your face cause you to break out
I can’t remember I read many years ago it was good for the skin.

Then does making popcorn with coconut oil help your skin? I had to make Soo much popcorn at the gas station. After making it you’d have to have some.
I bought a jar a long time ago with the intention of using it on my skin.
Never got around to it.
I might be wrong but i used to get a lot of acne a few years ago and someone told me pimples pop up because of grease and sweat in your skin maybe that is different from putting actual oil on skin
I have no idea. But I barely break out. It’s rare. Everyone’s skin is different.
