Nurse wouldnt take me off meds completely but decreased my dose again to 20mg
I will take 100 today. I started with 20.
I’m taking 40mg at night after dinner…which reminds me I have the stove on and luckily nothing in the skillet! Holy crap batman!
that’s a step in the right direction. Keep us posted on how it goes. I’m really wanting to get off my meds as well so I’m really interested
