I’ve accidentally taken my 60 mg in the morning instead of at night. A nurse told me not to take another 60 mg at night.

I take 1 mg of Risperdal around 8-9am. I take Propranolol around 7 am.

I would have these dumb recurring thoughts around lunchtime. So I started the 1 mg of Risperdal and those thoughts are gone. My mental health is really good at the moment.
