I take choline by itself
I take CDP choline
I take Huperzine A which affects how the brain breaks down choline or something
I take Uridine which apparently works with choline in the brain
I’ve taken it a couple of times, but I’m pretty sure it gave me insomnia, so discontinued.
I think it might help with memory.
