Anyone saw improvement on increasing dosage to max on Invega sustenna to 234mg?

Hi, Im on 156mg Invega and thinking of asking to increasing, my pdoc said it might be too of a high dosage. Anyone saw an improvement on max dose of Invega sustenna?

I was on Invega several years ago until I lost my Medicaid. It worked really well once I was on the 234 mg depot. It didn’t stop the men from following me but it stopped everything else

I still hear voices on the max dose but my delusions are much better
