As above. Any ideas?
Probably cause you don’t move much in your sleep, I hurt in the morning till I get moving a bit, then at the end of the day when I stop moving around, the pain returns

My hands are swollen in the morning and hurt a lot during the day. I agree with mountainman about it having to do with less movement at night. I’m getting a bone density test on Wednesday to see if it is arthritis.

The inflammation settles faster in your joints when you don’t use them. So when you get up in the morning, working your joints helps ease the inflammation.
