Schizo-affective here, combined with a couple of personality disorders.

At the moment not diagnosed with anything.

what is sz, the definition>?

paranoid personality disorder

My first was nonspecific psychotic and anxiety disorder. How totally non-vague :unamused:

I have schizoaffective disorder. I was first diagnosed as bipolar.

I have the real, not watered down paranoid schizophrenia. The doctors didn’t really care so I was “schizoaffective” for a couple of months. But I have paranoid schizophrenia, with perhaps a small disorganized component.

Get out! Of this forum now lol

You read my mind.
Diagnosed with depression and Anxiety, not schz at all.
I shouldn’t be on here, I don’t even have voices much, anymore. I’m just normal.

Just kidding!

I’m “not even in the manual”. According to my doctor.
I don’t have sz don’t have sza and don’t have bipolar disorder but I have psychosis from time to time with depression and OCD. I might have schizo-obsessive disorder but that’s not even a recognized diagnosis yet.

Yeah, @SzAdmin as far as I know unless he’s been holding out on us.

Diagnosis keeps changing from schizophrenia to schizoaffective disorder both kept at NOS. Criteria on the site is any connection to psychosis. Ie you have or had, a family member or a friend etc So please do not feel pressured to leave.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 14, but they never dug any further or examined if it was due to environmental causes.
Then, at 23, they took that diagnosis away and gave me the diagnosis of ‘Simple Schizophrenia’ instead, which seems to fit me much better.

Both my mum and I were sure they’d say I had autism or asperger’s syndrome, but I do agree that the SZ diagnosis is a better fit.
