I’ve thought I was that way when I had no insight. I believed many of my delusions and paranoia were well founded.

sz is psychosis plus negative and cognitive symptoms.

Simple schizophrenia has actually been discontinued in the DSM according to Wikipedia.
Possibly your proc has misdiagnosed you. Or you may have something not yet out on the DSM. If I were you I would consult another pdoc. I know you are from Nepal possibly your pdocs aren’t as well trained. Maybe you may need to consult one from North America.
