Anyone have weird experiences with meds?

I just got put on zyprexa and it’s making me do funny things like if I took an ambien. I called someone in my sleep by accident and they just heard breathing and called the cops thinking it was an overdose. I also have texts from my second language that I don’t even use anymore. I woke up once not being able to stand too.

Maybe zyprexa isn’t suiting you. Talk to your psychiatrist and let them know what’s happening.

These things should NOT be happening. Call your doctor right away!!

Did the cops come to your house?

That’s a crazy story! Sorry for you!! That’s traumatic!

Maybe you were just craving some oranges? lol

I dont have any crazy stories like you, but sometimes ive been so tired i couldnt walk properly.

I used to do things like that when i was sleep deprived or having partial seizures. Stop walking in the middle of the road and blank out or wake up to weird notes or calls I didn’t remember making. It’s scary. Shouldn’t be happening, have you spoken to your pdoc yet?

@wanderingunicorn did you call the drs office yet?

They said that any sedative can do that and to not get up and move around lol I’m going to need chains for my bed.

I have epilepsy too with partials. When I’m sleep deprived is when i feel worse. Plus it aggravates my schizophrenia too.

That’s so weird how these meds can do that. I’m probably going to end up sleep walking
