Fatty liver, I’ve heard of it but do not have it, I’m hoping to reduce the burden of the liver by tapering off alcohol though!

I had fatty liver when I weighed close to 300 lbs, but they just told me that losing weight and eating less calories would fix it, and it did, but I still miss the cheeseburgers and fries!

My liver enzymes keep showing high on my test. I just tested them today and they are high again. I will talk to my doctor on Friday about it.

i was diagnosed mild fatty liver ten years ago at ultrasound clinic with no follow up

I had fatty liver but my doctor said that I no longer have it.
Losing a lot of weight fixed it

Yes I have it. It did improve and my liver tests were normal. I have it again though. Just need to loose some weight.

Alcholic Fatty Liver Here. Take liver supplements. Milk Thistle, Dandilion and Choline. With a load of B Vitimans.

My ALT levels have gone down since taking it.

i agree with naarai about taking liver supplements specially milk thistle or sylimarin.also healthy diet and lowering body weight should help.

I have high numbers sometimes for my liver but then it clears up the next test. I refuse to get a biopsy.
