This is a big mess obviously. As a solution to the credit card, I’d get a separate one and give that to her. You don’t need cash. I understand the trust issue but maybe there’s a way you can work thru that. She’s actually totally screwed because your reference will keep her from getting another job. Best of luck.
I’m starting to wonder if this woman is even in the office today. I called a second time, an hour and a half ago, and got her voicemail again. I left another message, made sure to leave my name this time, since I’m not sure I gave my name in my first message, think I may have just given my employee ID number and phone number. I hope I can get this resolved today.
But yeah, still sitting around my apt, bored and trying to kill time. I don’t have tv service, and I don’t feel like watching a dvd, so I’m just listening to music in the form of YouTube music videos.

Long weekend in Canada so tuesday before anyone calls
Oh crap, I forgot about the four-day weekend that most offices here have, as well. Most non-retail businesses in the U.S. have this coming Monday and Tuesday off.
The call is for kind of an urgent matter; it’s regarding something I need done in order to get my license that I need for my new job. I’m supposed to start the new job on the 10th, but we’ll see if that happens or if my start date gets pushed back.

Good for you for being on top of that type of stuff. I find that there’s always one or two things that I put off when I shouldn’t and then it gets done late.

Through my bank I have a spending card for my son. I can load money on it online and it can only have a max of $1000 on it. I load it up about $150 at a time to help him make ends meet.
This way you could monitor her spending. Or with the next baby sitter.

If I don’t have my license by the 6th, possibly as late as the 7th, my start date will get pushed back two weeks. I can’t afford to give up two weeks of good pay, especially with saving up to move. It would delay the date when I can move.
sorry @freakonaleash made she needs an approval of some sort before making the call? Always is the reason why things ar postponed in the offices. Just hang in there.
I Had a weird day, even went out with family and I like them. I do not get along with people anymore =( I can not get along with myself either.
Yeah, it will get taken care of next week, hopefully in time.
