They look cool but are way overpriced.
Too pricey and overrated
I bought on years ago when I thought they were hacking my pc, I was ill at the time and ended up smashing my pc up, then throwing it away, then went off line for awhile. The I mac just sat in the back room. I like it, I just don’t like the way it limits using other devices, there probably are work arounds but I don’t feel like diving into the world of macs, as you say they cost a lot.
Growing up thru high school I only used macs
I don’t like macs but I like the iPhone.
yeah… I have been using apple only exclusively since I turned 18. so 10 years now.
Everything I own is apple.
Another Mac here. They are very responsive and well designed but as others have said they push you down the road of Apple product lock in and are pricey. I have no iPhone and I refuse to use iTunes so I am only really using mine as an email and web browser. Work bought mine. I don’t know whether I would fork out the cash for a brand new one myself. Maybe a second hand iMac mini.
Considered buying a macbook pro but after weighing it up went for dell xps 15 its a great machine intel i7, 32gb ram, 1TB pcie ssd, 2GB dedicated nvidia 4k graphics and all wrapped up in an aluminium and carbon fibre case.
i have a macbook pro, my ex bought it for me lol
All Apple products are really too much expensive! I don’t think it’s worth it too pay so much just to have an Apple product because I think it’s relatively easy to find a product that is as good as the Apple and that costs many hundreds dollars less.
But Apple tries, using publicity, to make us think that their products are really superior to any other one. Don’t buy that!
I use a MacBook Pro and two desktop pcs pretty good combo.
I’ve never used a mac and I don’t know what I’m missing … I think the aesthetics of Apple products is nice but that’s the only real difference as far as I can tell.
I have a macbook, it’s 7 years old but works like new, I got it for 150 quid, bargain!
