Look after your health as best as you can to feel less guilty. And worrisome.

I worry about my health. Stroke runs on both sides of my family. Imagine losing control of your bowels and bladder etc.
I’m overweight,clinically.
If I want to feel more calm, I need to calm down with my eating habits.

Not since I quit smoking a year ago
My advice is quit cigs if you’re on 'em
The rest is up to fate I guess

Don’t worry just do everything you can right. It will take ending some bad habits and compulsions.
