Am I the only one on here that found Vraylar to be a very stimulating and activating drug?
I had to come off of it because my anxiety levels were to the roof!
Anyone else had a negative experience with Vraylar?
Honestly I found it more stimulating than Abilify.
I’ve never tried it, but I never found abilify stimulating at all. Everyone respond differently, though.
Never tried it, but I found Abilify increased my mood to the point that I think I honestly swung manic. Had to come off of that.
I just started Vraylar about 3 weeks ago. So far it has helped me with my mixed episodes. It hasn’t been stimulating for me. But I do know what you mean in that Seroquel gave me terrible anxiety when I would take it and would keep me up at night when normally it is sedating for people. It’s so bizarre how these meds work sometimes. Abilify was super stimulating for me as well. I had to stop it. I hope you find a good med for you soon. Keep looking you will find it.
No, I switched off of risperidone 2 years ago.
I tried Vraylar back then but it didn’t work out for me.
I’m back on Risperidone.
