Anybody switch from abilify to rexulti?

Why did you switch and how did it go?

I’m on abilify and might switch when it becomes available in Europe this year.

I’m on Abilify. No promises of Rexulti coming to South Africa. I would also give it a try if it becomes available by hook or by crook.

I’d say give it a try @everhopeful but you said that you are no longer anxious since changing the dose to evenings.
So what’s your reasoning?

Yeah, my anxiety has gone from a 10 to about a 4. It’s not the anxiety but my quality of life mentally still seems pretty bad. Mentally I’m still pretty rocky.

I’ve never been happy on abilify. But maybe it’s nothing to do with abilify. Maybe it’s just schizophrenia hitting me pretty hard.

I actually got a pretty good increase in physical strength when they put me on abilify. They eventually had to take me off it, though.
