Today has been a little depressive day, I am alone as always, it has snowed a lot and can not ride my bicycle, I think that my bicycle riding has been good for my mind, need to do some other exercising during this winter.

One day I wrote 20 diary pages, I started keeping my diary 20 years ago in America, some days I just write what I have done during the day, but sometimes I write much more … I write by using a pen and paper, I like to see my handwriting.
Most SZ members seem to be in the USA and Canada, but still many are also in Europe, the Internet helps us to communicate wherever we are …
One of these nights. I can’t sleep. I am Western Australia after midnight. Tomorrow is 36 degrees.
We got about 5 cm overnight here in my part of Canada. The neighbour’s son is still riding his bike in it, but with extreme difficulty! Have you considered show-shoeing as a form of exercise?

Do you keep what you write? I want to write, but I’m afraid someone will read it. I don’t want to hide anything. But sometimes I’m really embarrassed by what I think.
I have all my paper notebooks I have written since 1998, yes I keep what I write. Sometimes it is interesting to read what I have written many years ago. I think that writing is very therapeutic, just writing my inner thoughts down.
