Any Pink Floyd fans?

I never listened to much Pink Floyd but i am very familiar with The Wall, having watched the movie countless times. Definitely a classic!

brain damage / eclipse.

I just thought of something funny. if my psych doc asks me what my favorite song is and I say ā€˜brain damage’, I wonder what would happen. Probably a shot in the rear and 72 hours for observation…haha.

I think I should say ā€˜amazing grace’

Brit Floyd is touring right now  it has the original drummer and bassist. They’re doing songs that aren’t well known

Yeah, with the new singer, I like that song too. I actually don’t know how new he was at the time. All the members were short.

First band I really got into were Pink Floyd. I think Roger Waters Floyd really spoke to the modern adolescent male. Besides it was pretty good music to boot. The wall really is a great work of art. Haven’t listened to it for ages but one day I’ll revisit it!

Actually, he wasn’t. It’s a common misconception about him.

How do you know? I have read it a thousand times

I’ve heard it refuted a thousand times.

I like high hopes a lot. No one ever does but me. It’s my favorite of song

Somehow I missed PinkFloyd.

I like Desperado by the Eagles and Here Comes the Sun and Long and Winding Road by The Beatles.

Good taste. I like the Long and Winding Road too but it’s a little bit too syrupy for me.

I never saw it that way. But now…I guess that I’m a softey by heart.

I always heard they met at Sears in the appliance department. Coincidentally, they were all shopping for new vacuums and they just clicked. They all walked out with brand new watches instead. NOT.

Thanks for clearing that up :beers:
