The Wall album. Is great
When I was at High School all those years ago our Head Master played Brick in the Wall to the whole assembly of 1000 students. We thought he was so cool.
In my opinion, it is boring.
And everything after Syd Barret was not my taste
I really need to get that album, I only own Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here.
Those are both great albums.
Time is probably the best track on there.
You can’t ever go wrong with Pink Floyd.
I even love the album The Division Bell.
Grab that cash with both hands and make a stash!
Awesome brilliant amazing album I was 17 when I first discovered The Wall, at the time I didn’t know who Pink Floyd were, but I was raking through the videos in a buy/sell/swap record store and the front cover looked interesting so I bought it for a quid. I must have watched it every night for at least two weeks, it was the most amazing thing I’d ever seen or heard. I’ve never looked back!
Things changed drastically when Nirvana came on the scene
we went from hearing bands like Pink Floyd and others
where you can make out all the lyrics
to listening to a band where you can’t understand anything he’s singing!
yes I listen to the Wall in it’s entirety about once a month…love it.
I liked The Wall. Never listened to much Pink Floyd but i’ve watched the movie many, many times. It’s truly a classic!
It has my fave pink floyd song - comfortably numb
That is a great song and I wish I could listen to the whole album now. When I was into testing stereos that was one of the songs I used because the fidelity was so high
Yeah is as crisp as a winters morning. The subtle horn section in the background is to die for
Pink Floyd? no way man. HANSON.
Comfortably numb is my fave song
Led Zeppelin came to the WV State Fair one year. My sis and I could hear it from our front porch. We got a free concert.
Honestly Pink Floyd isn’t my thing.
I like a few of their songs but I’m not a huge fan.
