I really enjoyed and would recommend the following memoirs about people with sz:

  1. The Eden Express
  2. Me, Myself and Them
  3. The Quiet Room
  4. Is There No Place On Earth For Me?

And if you want a good book about the scientific and medical side of sz, Torrey’s “Surviving Schizophrenia” is pure gold.

I agree with @Montezuma. Those are all good ones. Surviving schizophrenia is a really good reference book.

I am trying to get my wife to read it.
