Anxiety can be overwhelming even to normies so it’s not always easy to tell what’s what. I was today at the shopping centre when suddenly I felt overcome with anxiety, people, or rather their heads, struck me as slightly menacing, it felt like I was being stared at by some people and some of them didn’t look completely alive. All of this experienced as fleeting emotions rather than as beliefs. Is this normal, non-psychotic, anxiety? Thanks.
No it’s not normal anxiety.
Well, shopping centres can be tough at the best of times.
It was probably a combination of anxiety and a bit of psychosis.
They can go hand in hand sometimes.
I have similar mild symptoms off meds.
