The effects I notice on DMG.

Anxiety, depression reduced. More energy and less drowsiness. If do workout less muscle soreness and thus better muscle recovery. Impulsive behaviour reduced so useful for ocd.

Mainly unlike ssri, serotonin drugs no effect on memory, libido, testosterone etc.

Only negative and cognitive symptoms.
Antipsychotics stopped my positive symptoms.

No, they have different brain mechanisms.
Antidepressants donā€™t work for negative and cognitive symptoms. I tried many antidepressants like Wellbutrin and nothing worked for my symptoms.

What all negative cognitive symptoms you have, i mean is it blunted affect, working memory issue etc?

Apathy, avolition, asociality, self-neglect and anhedonia.

Yes these all come under blunted affect. Lack of emotions. Have you checked your thyroid, vitamin d and b12 levels?

I believe there is no way around it yet according to my psychiatrist. Without meds I have abnormally high dopamine and canā€™t function. With meds I have abnormally low dopamine levels and canā€™t function either. But I prefere to be on meds because I become a danger to others and myself without meds especially if I am around weapons like knives.

Dmg should help with blunted affect it does not affect dopamine so no issue going psychotic. Also trying nac with cofactors also help.

They were normal everytime I did a blood test.
Trust me I tried everything, my psychiatrist said there is no meds for negative and cognitive symptoms. I have hope in KarXR (Xanomeline+Tropsium). Its shown to be 2.7x better at treating all SZ symptoms, 9pts current APs vs 24pts KarXT on SZ improvement scal.

Med drugs are always much more powerful at treating symptoms than supplements. Thatā€™s what my psychiatrist told me.

Dmg take early morning on empty stomach, you can also sleep after taking it. Nac also before breakfast.

I will try Sarcosine and Risperdal.
I donā€™t want to take tons of pills, I am already taking 5 different pills and when I took suppelements like Glycine I had nausea and vomited many times.

Nac choose doctors best band only. I tried other brands and felt nothing.

Actualy dmg is a partial nmda agonist while sarcosine is a full nmda agonist so in effects its almost same.

DMG, Glycine and Sarcosine are all the same just different metabolites in the chain reaction.
